Grief and Loss We have a particular specialty in grief and loss counselling, especially for individuals experiencing the profound impact of loss after suicide. This type of loss often brings many unanswered questions and a wide range of intense emotions and physical reactions that can feel unfamiliar, frightening, and overwhelming. Common emotional responses may include guilt, anger, shame, rejection, sadness, and fear. We offer a space to explore and process these complex feelings, helping you navigate this difficult journey with care and understanding. Boundary Building We work with individuals of all ages to develop healthy and effective personal boundaries. This includes supporting teens and young people in learning to set boundaries, as well as assisting individuals recovering from domestic violence through counselling in rebuilding them. In abusive environments, boundaries are often eroded over time as part of a tactic to gain power and control. Our counselling approach helps you restore those boundaries, reclaim your sense of safety, and foster healthier relationships. For added convenience, we also offer telehealth counselling to ensure you can access our services from the comfort of your home.
